What is counselling? |
Counselling provides a safe, informal and supportive setting where you
can talk with someone about any personal issues that are concerning
you.
The counselling team work with you in a way that listens, accepts, and
respects you as you share your feelings. They will not judge, patronise
or tell you what they think you should do. They will support you
to make decisions and choices that you feel are right for you.
|
